English Aviation Exam is responsible for processing the personal data provided through this website.

We only process the data needed to handle your request:

To handle your request, schedule your exam, keep you informed and maintain the administration around your exam.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

English Aviation Exam does not collect or store passport scans, identity documents, photographs of candidates holding an identity document, or signed GDPR forms.

You upload these documents directly in the secure L6 Aviation platform, which acts as the processor for this purpose.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary to handle your request and its administration. Requests are deleted no later than 24 months after completion, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

For registration and the conduct of the exam you are referred to the L6 Aviation platform, where L6 Aviation's privacy terms apply.

Beyond that, we only share your data where we are legally required to do so.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to processing.

Send an email to info@englishaviationexam.com for this. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Access to requests is limited to the examiner and administrator.

This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies.
